The Foundation.
Our mission implies revendicate the principles that govern Justice through the quest of a rationalist method to find the most talented and better deserving founders to connect them to thriving opportunities.
We believe excellence can be found in every corner of the world, irrespective of any economic level, social position, skin pigmentation or gender. Founders must be measured by the weight of their desert and their character, not by the qualities of superficial attributes.
Underestimated founders often have to grow their startups working more time, with fewer resources, and smaller teams. Often, under-resourced founders do more with less, making up for the lack of resources with effort and time, and eventually deliver similar or even better results than founders with greater access to resources. As a result, some of them end up being more talented and skilled to reach high levels of performance in order to stand out from the crowd. Yet they're still left behind in favour of tribalism, credentialism, ethnocentrism and even cronyism, and find themselves with higher demands for the same opportunities.
These patterns of opportunity and resource allocation, reminiscent of those of the aristocracy, have systemic flaws that go back centuries. Therefore, the undermining of these structures, which consolidate and block inclusion, equality and egalitarianism, requires collective and synchronised efforts.
The unstoppable raising of AI is redefining cognitive and technical labor, generating shifts in procedures, knowledge and productivity among employees and founders. It is therefore of the utmost importance to recognise the real agency and autonomy that groups and individuals have in relation to this type of cutting-edge technology.
Through Web3, we are now able to build a technology that comes from the human sciences to address this centuries-old legacy problem and take important but accelerated steps in the pursuit of economic justice and, by extension, social inclusion.
Founded by Edwin and Fabio Reyes, two under-resourced Latino founders who saw opportunity and advantage in their unfavoured position, giving them a privileged perspective on the problem of social systems.
In their ten years as founders, they have developed several startup projects, mainly in the wellness space, with the technical role as their main job. Their previous project was an AI-powered wellness marketplace platform, so they were able to run an AI startup with minimal resources allowing them to become multidisciplinary and self-reliant.
They've taken the decision to pivot their project from an already-launched AI marketplace to a platform that seeks for fairness for talented, underestimated founders, having seen how efforts for economic equality are increasingly eroded.
